I will keep this one short and spicy. I’ve created a new WordPress template for business and portfolio sites called Twicet.
It comes with 5 skins, you can take a look at 3 of them here (these are actually the html versions only, what you are currently viewing is a wordpress installation with the light theme active – the final download of course comes with all skins as wordpress themes
